What can I expect on my first visit?
Please arrive for your first visit 15 minutes early so that you will have time to fill out my intake paperwork.  This gives me more information about the issues we’ll be addressing during your session.  Then we’ll have a short consultation or assessment and then your massage.  

What should I wear?
For Bodywork, assessment and treatment are performed clothed so wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move around in.  

For all other massages, you will be asked to get undressed to your comfort level.  Whatever state of undress you choose, please know that you will always be modestly draped.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to adjust or cancel your appointment you may do so up to 24 hours before however, if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the service price.  

Missed appointments with no notice will be charged 100% of the service price.

How long are appointments?
I offer 60 min, 90 min, and 2 hour sessions.

What is the cost?  
I charge $80 an hour.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, check, or credit card and use Zelle.
